‘Dexter’ season 7, episode 11 preview: Matthews and Dexter have a chat

Are you looking to see what happens next in the Bay Harbor Butcher case? Well, the latest “Dexter” season 7 sneak peek should at least do a solid job and giving you an idea of just what is coming up during Sunday night’s new episode “Do You See What I See?”.

In the clip, we have a long-awaited conversation between Dexter Morgan and a man in Matthews who knows him rather well, at least considering the amount of time that he spent with Harry over the years. However, there is still one thing that Matthews does not know, and is desperate to find out: whether or not Harry’s son really is capable of dismembering people and dumping them in the ocean. He’s familiar with Dexter’s past in addition to all of the finer details surrounding his mother’s death, so from a police perspective there is really no one out there who is more-qualified to try and figure this out.

Unfortunately for Matthews, Dexter is not really giving him much to work with in the way of information. Luckily, this sneak peek is just a tiny sample of the whole conversation, so let’s hope that Michael C. Hall’s serial killer comes up with something creative enough to say that will convince Matthews that he and LaGuerta have the wrong guy for the time being. She is going to be the one that needs convincing more so than him, though; she’s a smart cop, and she is also someone so possessed in exonerating her friend Sargent Doakes that she is not going to stop until she gets what she wants.
