‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ season 3 review: The ladies take a trip to Ojai Valley
This week on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 3, Adrienne decides to meet up with Lisa to put their issues aside after Yolanda’s party was so awkward. Lisa thanks her for the flowers Adrienne sent her and apologized for saying that Lisa sold a story to the media. Adrienne added that she should’ve come to her first and hopes that they can move on. Lisa said that her comments devastated her, but that she will try to move forward with Adrienne and accepted her apology.
Brandi’s literary agent comes to visit her to talk about the book she wrote concerning her divorce from Eddie Cibrian. She said that she was happy that she decided to shy away from doing an ex-husband bashing book about his affairs and geared the book more towards her experience through the divorce to try to help other women going through the same thing.
Kim goes over Yolanda’s house to talk about the upcoming trip to ‘Ojai Valley Inn & Spa’ that Kim organized in hopes that some of the stressed relationships between some of the women will start to work themselves out. Even though Kim and Brandi have their issues, Kim thought it was important for all the women to be there together.
All of the women, except for Lisa and Brandi who are on a photo shoot for Lisa’s magazine (and will be arriving later), arrive at the ‘Ojai Valley Inn & Spa’ for their getaway and the manager gives them a tour of the private house they are staying at. They are told that there is only 5 bedrooms that are all twin bedded and a look of pure terror comes across all of the women’s faces.
Lisa and Brandi talk about her marriage to Eddie Cibrian as they drive to the resort and she asks Brandi what she would’ve done differently if she had it to do all over again. Brandi said the only thing she would’ve changed is that she would’ve paid attention to the warning signs that he was cheating earlier. Lisa feels that the affairs have really shaken Brandi’s confidence.
When the ladies arrive at the resort there is tension between Kim and Brandi, but they still hugged and kissed hello. Lisa’s first question is about the rooms, asking if they have to share spaces with each other and Kim explains that Lisa and Brandi are sharing a room together. Later the women go out to dinner together and Kim gives a short speech at the beginning of the meal thanking everyone for coming. Brandi extends the olive branch to Kim by complimenting her on her children, saying that they are really wonderful and Kim begins to warm up to her. Brandi talks about how she went into some of the same dark places Kim has and tells her that she understands where she’s coming from. Kim begins crying and Adrienne starts cackling about Kim’s crying. Brandi calls Adrienne out and tells her to shut up leaving heavy tension at the dinner table.
