Chicago Med season 5 episode 11 spoilers: Who’s in danger at O’Hare?

Chicago Med season 3

Chicago Med season 5 episode 11 is airing on NBC come January 15, and there will be a crisis at the center of it.

What sort of crisis? It’s the sort that could leave a lot of lives in danger, largely because it’s taking place at one of the most crowded places in the entire city: O’Hare International Airport.

If you’ve been to the airport over the years, you know how crazy it can be. Think long lines and, at times, people not always covering their mouth when they sneeze. It’s easy for sickness to spread fast in a place like that, and if there’s some sort of other issue there like a plane crash, it will create an enormous need for medical care. That could mean so much more than just paramedics, even though we know that the One Chicago world has some great ones including Brett and Foster.

For a few more details on what’s ahead, be sure to check out the official Chicago Med season 5 episode 11 synopsis below:

01/15/2020 (08:00PM – 09:00PM) (Wednesday) : After a major accident at O’Hare, the E.D. is concerned one of their own is in mortal danger. Will’s proposal for a safe injection site goes to the board for consideration. Natalie and Goodwin become concerned for Gwen.

We really shouldn’t be able to say that we’re shocked about anything that is happening here — especially when it comes to someone being in danger at O’Hare who is a familiar face. Isn’t that in some ways a Chicago Med tradition? It’s also nice to see that Gwen has some sort of important story, given that this character has a tendency to be gone for stretches of time.
