Magnum PI season 2 episode 10 return date, crossover details!
The unfortunate news is that there’s no more episodes airing through the rest of the calendar year, not that this should be a surprise to a lot of people out there. CBS doesn’t routinely air any programming too close to the holiday, mostly because of the fact that they don’t want to run the risk of losing viewers.
One of the good things about them, though, is that they’re bringing most of their programming back fairly early on in the new year. That means that we’re going to have a chance to see Magnum PI back come Friday, January 3 with an installment called “Desperate Measures.” This is one that will be a follow-up to the Hawaii Five-0 episode
Below, CarterMatt has the full Magnum PI season 2 episode 10 synopsis with some more news as to what’s coming:
MAGNUM P.I.: “Desperate Measures” – When Junior (Beulah Koale) is kidnapped as leverage to retrieve the stolen list of undercover CIA agents, and most of Five-0 is rounded up by the CIA to prevent them from interfering, Tani (Meaghan Rath) and Quinn (Katrina Law) ask Magnum and Higgins for their help, on MAGNUM P.I., Friday, Jan. 3 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
The part of this story that feels the most dramatic right now is, clearly, seeing what happens after we see Junior get captured. It’ll be all hands on deck trying to help him, and you’re going to see some other Five-0 characters turn up. There aren’t any clear signs that we’re going to see Steve or Danny in this episode, though, but that shouldn’t be a big shock — it’s hard to get some big leads to appear on multiple shows, especially when there’s only so much time in the schedule to go around.
If this crossover goes well, who knows? There’s a good chance that there will be more of them down the road.
