Dynasty season 3 spoilers: First photo of Elaine Hendrix as Alexis!
If you didn’t know the news already, Hendrix is coming on board as the new iteration of this character on Friday’s episode, and she is the third person to take it on. First, we saw Nicollette Sheridan take on the part; following her exit, Elizabeth Gillies temporarily took it on in what was a particularly fun (and amusing) twist. We figured that this wasn’t going to be the way of the Dynasty world forever; hence, now getting Hendrix on board to play the part.
In the photo below courtesy of TVLine, you can see Hendrix take center stage surrounded by cameras. More than likely, we are getting a glimpse of her outside the trial, where she could end up proving to be a pretty dramatic figure. We do like that the character is coming on board now; if nothing else, we do think that this adds to the overall excitement and sense of drama of the scene.
Of course, this won’t be the only time that we get to see Alexis 3.0, either. Hendrix’s version of the character should prove to be a fairly-consistent part of Dynasty once we move into the new year, and we’re excited to see what some of that looks like. We already know that Elaine and Gillies have a history of working together thanks to Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll, a series that aired on FX previously.
