Next week on Prodigal Son episode 10, you’re going to see something big. Think in terms of the biggest episode of the year! This is the opportunity in order to see Malcolm pushed to the limit … but also put himself in some trouble with those around him in the process.
So what’s one of the big issues that he’s facing? Think in terms of him ignoring orders and doing what he can to get to the bottom of the junkyard killer case. This should be fun, and it’s also going to prove to be really dramatic. There’s a good chance that we could have one of the most shocking cliffhangers yet, which makes a whole lot of sense when you consider what it’s gotta do. It has to be able to tie everything together leading into the next batch of episodes airing in the new year — as we know, that is far from the easiest thing in the world to do.
Below, CarterMatt has the official Prodigal Son episode 10 synopsis with some more news as to what’s coming:
Knowing that the “Junkyard Killer” was in cahoots with his father, Malcolm goes against the FBI’s wishes and continues to investigate. His findings reconnect him with a disgruntled ex-detective who was once heavily involved in the search for “The Surgeon,” delivering them both into danger. Meanwhile, the holidays are anything but jolly for the Whitly family, when an epic blowout with Ainsley leads Jessica to take matters into her own hands. Also, Colette Swanson (guest star Meagan Good), the steadfast FBI detective who’s now in charge of the case, seems to have a personal vendetta against Malcolm in the all-new “Silent Night” fall finale episode of PRODIGAL SON airing Monday, Dec. 2 (9:01-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (PR-110) (TV-14 D, L, S, V)
It is nice to see that somewhere amidst the chaos, there’s going to be a chance to have a little bit of holiday cheer. We’re just not so sure if the episode itself is going to air in the most holly-jolly of ways.
