9-1-1 season 3 episode 10 spoilers: Christmas and the fall finale

Next week on 9-1-1 season 3 episode 10, there’s a lot of different stuff to anticipate. We’re going to have a celebration of Christmas — at the same time, though, also a fall finale full of surprises. This is a show that does love to shock you, and because of that we wouldn’t just assume that things will be festive and cheery just because it’s the holidays and the title is “Christmas Spirit.” After all, some of the rescue missions themselves within this episode are going to be holiday-themed.

Below, CarterMatt has the full 9-1-1 season 3 episode 10 synopsis with some more news as to what’s coming up:

The 118 responds to holiday-themed incidents, including a shopper pushed over the edge, a woman who is literally having a “Blue Christmas” and a luggage handler accident on a tarmac. Meanwhile, Maddie revisits her past to embrace her future and Bobby receives shocking news in the all-new “Christmas Spirit” fall finale episode of 9-1-1 airing Monday, Dec. 2 (8:00-9:01 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (NIN-310) (TV-14 D, L, V)

So what are some of the big reveals going to be in this episode? It seems like Bobby’s going to be at the center of one of them. As for Maddie’s past, we just hope that it’s not as terrible or traumatic as some of the other stuff that we’ve seen this character go through already. She’s taken on a lot of different stuff and we know that we want to see her at peace. That doesn’t mean that she’s got a perfect life, but peace is still necessary.

As for when 9-1-1 will be returning after the fact, be prepared to wait for a good while. How long? Well, think in terms of March, more than likely. In its place, you’re going to be seeing the 9-1-1: Lone Star spin-off series come on the air. That will be entertaining, but we’re not sure that it will hold a candle exactly to some of the other stuff we’re getting a chance to see.
