Watchmen episode 7 spoilers: An Almost Religious Awe

There’s a sense of haunting in this upcoming episode. While this is a show firmly planted within the present, we’ve seen already that there are a lot of elements here firmly rooted still within the past. What Damon Lindelof has done so brilliantly with this series is find a way to both bridge the past and the present. It honors the comic’s legacy while also still bringing something new and exciting to the table.
