Ultimately, the Ray storyline is really just something that will accelerate and lead into some other crazy stuff over the next few weeks. We’re going to be seeing Ray do everything within his power in order to ensure that Mickey just stays away. Meanwhile, Bridget, Bunchy, and Terry are all going through their own stuff. At the moment, we’re at that part of the season where everyone is just trying to figure stuff out. Nothing has hit its peak as of yet; as a matter of fact, it could take a few more weeks before we start to see some more big revelations.
Because of what happened earlier this season with Mickey — as much of a fake-out as it may have been — the bar has been set high. That’s going to be a tough thing for Ray Donovan to live up to, but one way or another, we hope that it’ll accelerate things.
Below, CarterMatt has the full Ray Donovan season 7 episode 3 synopsis with some more news as to what’s coming up next:

Here’s one more thing that we’ll say about Mickey at the moment — just because he’s not dead yet doesn’t mean hat he will necessarily stay that way.
