Outlander season 5: Sam Heughan documents final day filming
If you head over to Sam’s official Instagram Stories, you can see a number of different highlights from the actor as he goes through various parts of the day. He also did a brief Instagram Stories Q&A with some viewers that you can also check out.
We anticipate that season 5 is going to be a huge one for Sam for a number of different reasons, including the fact that we’re going to be seeing Jamie Fraser faced with one of his most delicate situations to date. He has Fraser’s Ridge thanks to Governor Tryon, but at the same time, he doesn’t want to betray Murtagh. Unfortunately, that is precisely what the Governor wants him to do.
For Sam, we also assume that there are going to be some exciting things coming up in his future! We know from his recent Twitter Q&A session that he’s going to be taking on at least one other acting gig during his filming hiatus, and we’re excited to get to know more of what that is. We also know that we’ll be seeing a good bit more of Sam when it gets to be time to do his promotional tour for Bloodshot in the new year.
So in the end, this may be the closing of one chapter of Sam’s Outlander book today … but we’re lucky to know that there are still some other ones coming. We’re very much excited to see how all of those play out.
