Chicago Fire season 8 episode 10 return date hopes for Taylor Kinney, cast
Let’s start things off, though, with the big news that there is unfortunately not going to be a new episode next week — and unfortunately, not one for the remainder of the year. Much like Chicago Med and Chicago PD, the Taylor Kinney – Jesse Spencer series is going to be off the air until early January; there is no 100% official return date just yet, but all signs point towards all three shows being back when you get around to Wednesday, January 8. That allows them to have a nice run of episodes in the winter months before another hiatus, and then a good chunk as we get a little bit more into the spring.

So what can you expect when Chicago Fire season 8 episode 10 airs? Well, for starters, let’s just say that there is going to be a great chance to see, first and foremost, the aftermath of that crazy cliffhanger with Kelly Severide. While we want to believe that he’s going to make it through the clutches of that arsonist okay, crazier things have happened within the world of One Chicago. There’s also then the question of whether Casey will have a lot of lingering feelings following Dawson’s return to town. We don’t think that Casey deluded himself into thinking that being with Dawson was something more than what it was — a brief rekindling — but it could change how his romantic prospects go elsewhere. If you are a new suitor, for example, would you be concerned that he would simply go back to Dawson whenever she is back in town? It’s at least something to think about.
