It’s not too hard to fathom why there would be conflict on Turkey Day — think along the lines of people who throw their turkeys in the deep fryer and don’t take them out in time. Or, think in terms of people getting into a fight after the results of the latest football game is not to their liking. There are a lot of different stories that you can expect to see, and we just hope that some of them live up to our personal expectations.

Upon dubbing Thanksgiving “the most dangerous day of the year,” Devon and Irving are inundated with patients in the ER. When an A-list celebrity enters the hospital after swallowing a wish bone, Logan Kim assigns a new surgeon to the case in the hopes of garnering extra publicity. Meanwhile, tensions run high at the Raptor home when he hosts his biological and adoptive families for a Thanksgiving dinner and Kyle interrupts Nic and Conrad’s low-key plans in the all-new “Peking Duck Day” Thanksgiving episode of THE RESIDENT airing Tuesday, Nov. 26 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. Before this episode concludes, we do think that there’s a chance we will learn a little bit more about the current state of things for Nic and Kyle, plus also what Conrad wants to do in order to have the perfect holiday for Emily VanCamp’s character!

There are still two more episodes coming before we get around to the midseason finale — that’s where everything will almost surely hit the fan. That is, of course, provided everything works out as we imagine.
