Jersey Shore Family Vacation return date hopes on MTV
Of course, let’s go ahead and get some of the bad news out of the way now — there is no new episode coming on the network tonight. The same goes for next week, and the week after next, and then the week that follows that up. There will not be any new episodes until we get around to 2020.
Beyond that, MTV has yet to announce anything when it comes to the future of the show. It’s far from over, and that will have to be enough for us to go on for the time being. While you wait, Floribama Shore is going to be airing new episodes through the remainder of the fall and the holiday season that follows it up.
So what will be happening when the series does return to MTV? Well, think mostly in terms of a lot more family drama … but then also a victory! In the new batch of episodes, you’re going to see The Situation released from prison and with that, you’ll learn who he has become in the time since he was locked away.
In a lot of ways, Mike’s release will mark another new era for Jersey Shore as a series. For much of Family Vacation, this storyline regarding Mike has been a fundamental component to the story. We’ve seen him awaiting the sentencing, after the sentencing, and facing some anxieties about going to jail. Now, we’ll get a chance to see him be released and get back into the real world. He will, finally, be done being under construction.
Elsewhere, JWoww’s personal life is still going to be making headlines following her divorce. Meanwhile, you will be seeing some wedding planning elsewhere and, of course, some of the same nostalgia and hijinks that you’ve come to expect from this show over time.
