Who was going to be eliminated on tonight’s Dancing with the Stars? Entering into tonight’s new episode on ABC, we tried to figure out just where the night would go … and if Sean Spicer was going to be leaving the competition this time around.

There were two people we were definitely worried about in terms of them entering the bottom two over Sean — think in terms of Kel Mitchell and Ally Brooke. They’ve both been in danger before, whereas some other dancers including Ally Brooke, Lauren Alaina, and Hannah Brown have all been safe time and time again.
If Spicer was in the bottom two, we knew that he would be eliminated … but it all comes down to whether or not the voting public would allow that to happen.
The first dancer to be declared safe for the semifinals was Ally Brooke. Meanwhile, it was revealed soon after the fact that Kel Mitchell was okay, as well! Sean knew that the moment he was in danger, he would be gone … and tonight was the end of the road. The former White House Press Secretary was in jeopardy for the first time against Lauren Alaina and that is all it took.
Sean had quite a run on Dancing with the Stars this season — he made it further than the scores dictated that he would — but tonight was when it all caught up to him.
