Westworld season 3 teaser: A ‘commercial’ for Incite arises

WestworldWhile you may have to wait a little while longer in order to see Westworld season 3, the waiting is over when it comes to a new teaser!

If you were looking for some enormous spoilers within this teaser, though, you’re probably going to be annoyed. Instead, this entire clip plays out as an extended commercial for Incite, a company that seems intent on providing anything that their consumers want or need. We don’t perceive anything that is going on here as a separate world; instead, it feels more like a competitor, and an expansion to the larger Westworld universe at large. As to how this is going to factor into the larger story, that remains to be seen … but we do enjoy the cryptic nature of this story very much.

We know that there are going to be a lot of reasons to watch Westworld season 3, whether it be the hope of answers (this is one of TV’s most complicated narratives) to a chance to check out Aaron Paul following his appearance on El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie this year. With Game of Thrones proper now over, Westworld moves into a position where it becomes one of HBO’s most important shows. They need to find innovative ways to market it and sell it to the masses. The reality remains that this is not going to be anywhere near the uber-popular series that you saw via the George R.R. Martin adaptation, but it is still a show that you should be very much excited over … and one that will draw ratings.

Over the next couple of months, we imagine more teasers coming — commence your theorizing now, and also hope that the third season lives up to the hype and justifies what is an extremely long wait for more episodes coming on the air.
