People’s Choice Awards 2019: Where to watch, live stream red carpet
So how are you going to be able to check out the red carpet pre-show for the People’s Choice Awards? Well, if you’re watching E!, there’s going to be a chance to get two whole hours of entertainment. The pre-show will begin at 7:00 p.m. Eastern time on the network, and while there is no official live stream of that program, you will be able to see an E! pre-show online starting at 5:45 p.m. Eastern. Yes, there is a lot of irony in the fact that there is a pre-show for the pre-show, but that is a part of the fun of this sort of thing. (The E! pre-show can be found over on the award show’s official Twitter page.)
The People’s Choice Awards themselves kick off at 9:00 p.m. tonight, and rest assured that we’ll come bearing some more coverage of them as we get closer and closer to them airing. That includes getting a chance to look at least at some of the TV-related winners. (Personally, we wish that the awards were even more exclusive to TV, mostly because of the sole fact that it would give us more familiar faces — and also a more specific viewership. We do worry at times that there are so many different things going on with this show that viewers would rather just read the results as opposed to watch the show for them. That’s where the onus falls on the producers.)
So fingers crossed for an exciting show tonight, and with some exciting winners missed in somewhere.
