Is Power new tonight on Starz? Season 6 episode 11 hopes
There’s no need to beat around the bush here, so let’s just go ahead and get some of the worst news out of the way: Power is not on the air tonight. To go along with that, it’s not going to be coming up on Starz next week, either. You’re going to be stuck, quite unfortunately, waiting until January 5 to see what’s next.
To make matters worse, there is a pretty-enormous cliffhanger at the center of all of the action right now: Waiting to learn who shot Ghost, and then also whether or not Omari Hardwick’s character is actually still alive. There are a number of notable suspects who were confirmed to be the primary ones: Saxe, Tate, Tariq, Tasha, Tommy, Dre, and then Angela’s sister Paz. All of them have a motive, and we certainly think that several have the means and opportunity. Sure, it would be a tougher shot for characters like Tariq and Paz, but we do think that they all could’ve pulled the shot off. (Right now, Tariq is the shooter that makes the most sense judging from what we saw in the midseason finale.)

Eventually, we imagine that we will learn the identity of the shooter, but there’s no guarantee that it’s going to happen right away. It may take a few more weeks into the final episodes before Starz the lifts the veil. It all depends of course on whether Ghost lives or dies, and then beyond that how interested he is in talking about what happens. Knowing that we do about James St. Patrick, there’s a reasonably good chance that he’s going to try to take someone out himself if he survives and won’t be super-eager to spread some of that info around to the cops. Also, Ghost doesn’t really trust them.
All in all, this is the story that will stir the drink for Power when it returns — waiting for it is going to be the tough part.
