Lucifer season 5 episode 7 spoilers: A story about ‘Mojo’

In a new post on Twitter, the show’s official writers room confirmed that the title for this episode is “Our Mojo.” What does that mean? Well, we’ll tell you that we like to think that it is some sort of reference to what is going on with Lucifer and Chloe. Let’s just go ahead and dive head-first down some big-time theory rabbit hole for a moment. Let’s just say that the first few episodes of season 5 are about Lucifer getting back to earth following a long stint of time in Hell. From there, let’s go ahead and proclaim that the next batch of episodes is about the adjustment period of him back on earth.
For “Our Mojo,” maybe this is about him and Chloe getting back in the groove of things … and then also the two finding a way to make things work in terms of a romantic relationship? We like to think that this could be the case, especially since we are so entranced by the idea of the two of them having some actual time in order to be in a relationship together. Sure, we want to see some lead-up time to bring us to that moment, but it would certainly be nice to have them together for at least a batch of episodes before the series finale arrives on Netflix.
If you missed some of the previous announcements, the first batch of Lucifer season 5 episodes is going to premiere in 2019. Meanwhile, the second batch will air a little bit later on. Given that these episodes are going to be divided up into halves of eight, you’ll get to check out “Our Mojo” fully in the first half.
