The Flash season 6 episode 6 return date for Grant Gustin, cast

Flash season 4

Are you interested in getting some more news when it comes to The Flash season 6 episode 6, including the return date? Well, we’ve got news on that and a whole lot more within!

The bad news (which is worth getting out of the way now) is that you aren’t going to have a chance to see Grant Gustin and the rest of the cast next week. Instead, you’re going to be waiting around until November 19 to check out “License to Elongate.” The hiatus is a brief one, and in that span of time you can also get a chance to speculate away about everything that matters for the show coming up. Think in terms of Crisis on Infinite Earths, Bloodwork, and all sorts of other good stuff.

When we do return, the main order of business for Barry Allen is going to be rather simple: Doing just about whatever he can in order to ensure that the fellow members of Team Flash are prepared for the event that he dies. That means helping Elongated Man a.k.a. Ralph Dibny be more of a leader. That’s no easy task, but this is not the same version of Ralph who we first met on the show a few seasons ago.

Below, CarterMatt has the full The Flash season 6 episode 6 synopsis with more news as to what is coming up next:

RALPH GOES DEEP UNDERCOVER – Barry (Grant Gustin) turns his attention to prepping Elongated Man (Hartley Sawyer) for life after Crisis and without The Flash, but Ralph ultimately teaches Barry a lesson. Meanwhile, Cecile (Danielle Nicolet) faces her own moment of self-discovery while helping a recuperated Chester P. Runk (guest star Brandon McKnight) reclaim his identity. Danielle Panabaker directed the episode written by Thomas Pound & Jeff Hersh (#606). Original airdate 11/19/2019.

There’s clearly going to be a lot of big stuff throughout this hour, and that’s without even getting excited about Panabaker’s return to the director’s chair! With only a few episodes to go until the Crisis is here, there is a lot of ground still to be covered — and rest assured, we’re excited for all of it.
