Do we think that Meredith will eventually get her job back? Probably, but we also have a feeling that it won’t come about easily.

Thanks to Justin Chambers Online via Twitter, we now know (via a short synopsis) that this upcoming episode is going to focus heavily on Meredith making her case to the board that she is worthy of keeping her ability to practice medicine. We know that this is going to be a pretty big episode in terms of how she fights for her job, especially if there is public pressure put upon the Grey Sloan. If she loses her license, this would be the subject of huge headlines within the medical community. Think about it like this — Meredith is a hero to a lot of people. Yet, she also broke the rules. The medical board may want to make an example of her, but they also shouldn’t want to lose her. Is there a compromise that they could come up with during this episode? At the moment, that is sort of what we’re looking to get — go ahead and consider it a win-win.
