Outlander notes: New Sam Heughan trailer, season 5 filming update
After all, we’ve got the latest on Bloodshot within this piece! If you look HERE, you can see the full trailer for the upcoming film premiering in the new year. Vin Diesel stars in the comic-book adaptation, but as you watch the preview, let’s just say that you are going to be seeing a very different side of Sam to what you’re used to. While this looks to be a physically-demanding role, we have to imagine that it was a very fun project to work on! It’s different, and we imagine that actors always look for and embrace different. That’s especially the case for someone who spends the majority of a given year working on a show like Outlander.
We know that Sam is always going to make the most of the time in which he is away from his show; we have to imagine that something similar is going to happen the next time he has an extended filming hiatus. Bloodshot premieres in 2020, so we imagine there will be more news on it in due time.
The latest filming update! – The cast is currently at work on the final episodes of this season, and it sounds as though they are dealing with some chilly temperatures — and some filming deep within the forest! You can see some photographic evidence of that HERE via Sophie Skelton’s Instagram Story, and you can also see another photo featuring a lovely Scottish sunset. It is funny to think that we’re writing this story in the West Coast in America and yet, the sun is setting overseas in the UK.
