Is it possible that Aaron Paul could appear in Better Call Saul in the future? The short answer is “yes,” but it doesn’t appear likely.
Prior to El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie, it did actually feel like a Jesse cameo was something that was going to happen. There was a lot of momentum around the idea! It was a way to call back to the original show and a beloved character; not only that, it felt like a way to build some attention around the series finale, provided of course that this is when producers wanted to make the cameo happen.

At this point it looks like there is less momentum behind making such a move. Why is that? It’s because El Camino happened. Speaking via Digital Spy, Aaron Paul himself makes it clear that with the ending to that movie in mind, there’s no real reason to include Jesse:
“[El Camino] is a goodbye … This was a proper send-off that people just kept asking for.
“I thought maybe I would play him in Better Call Saul. I’m such a big fan of that show. But in the recent seasons, in the flash-forwards, especially now knowing where Jesse is, there’s just no reason for him to be at that place and at that time. I can’t imagine him showing up in Better Call Saul.”
The only way we foresee Jesse being included now in Better Call Saul is in the event you have a chance to see him during the Breaking Bad timeline, such as a scene involving him, Walt, and Saul that we didn’t see previously. Yet, we’re not sure that there is that much of a benefit in doing that now that we’ve seen Walt and Jesse elsewhere. Jesse now has his future in Alaska. Meanwhile, Jimmy has his own in Nebraska. With Better Call Saul being Jimmy’s story, he now has a chance to move forward to whatever is next.
