Power season 6 episode 9 spoilers: ‘Scorched Earth’; Tate’s threat

For starters, think about the trouble that now awaits Ghost in pretty much all directions. This is a guy who has found himself facing danger in pretty much all directions, and that includes now even what Tate has hanging over him. If he knows the truth about him being Ghost, what more does that mean for him?
Also, don’t forget about the rise of Tariq, what’s going on involving Tahsa now, and the overall sense of trouble that the entire St. Patrick family currently lives in. There are going to be SO many more issues around every corner for them. The death of LaKeisha changes a lot — we could be seeing Tommy targeted for this, but at the same time, he’s got a good alibi. He may have cared about LaKeisha, but that doesn’t mean that he would necessarily choose her over himself.
Also, remember this: We’re nearing the end of the first part of the season. Because this is the final season for the show, Starz has ordered more episodes for us to enjoy. The problem is having to sit around and waiting for so long for the end of the story. After the midseason finale, we’re going to be stuck waiting until January to see the final episodes. That’s a long hiatus, but we like to think that Starz is saving some of the best for last when it comes to various odds and ends with this story.
For the time being, just know this: Starz is keeping things under a heavy veil until “Scorched Earth” airs. There is no official synopsis out there for this episode yet, and there may not be one still for some time.
