Grey’s Anatomy season 16 episode 4 spoilers: ‘It’s Raining Men’

Are you ready for Grey’s Anatomy season 16 episode 4 to air on ABC next week? Here are some reasons to be excited. Through “It’s Raining Men,” you are going to see Meredith spend some time with some other established characters — something that has not been altogether easy because of her current standing at the hospital. To go along with that, you’re also going to see a small Station 19 crossover, tension between doctors, and also tension between hospitals! There’s a lot going on here, and that’s with it in mind that this show has 24 episodes a season! The reason we bring this up is because fundamentally, there is no real reason for the producers to rush anything along. There are going to be plenty of opportunities to tell more stories here featuring these characters.

After Meredith inadvertently stirs up negative press for Grey Sloan, she tries to make things right with her former colleagues, jeopardizing her community service hours. Station 19’s Ben and Vic bring a young woman into the hospital, and Jackson stands up to Koracick when he goes too far with a patient’s family. Meanwhile, Bailey receives unexpected news; and Owen finds himself at Pac-Gen North, which Alex sees as a recruiting opportunity.

The idea of Owen potentially leaving the Grey Sloan for Pac-Gen North is interesting, but could it really happen? For now, it’s worth him thinking about it given that Owen is currently being mistreated to a certain extent by Koracick, a.k.a. his new boss. If he wants to get away from some of the baggage that he has there and start new elsewhere, couldn’t this be a possibility? You have to at least think so.
