This season on The Bachelor, one of the “most dramatic twists” of the whole season may just be an injury featuring Peter Weber.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Peter the pilot suffered a head injury while filming the ABC series in Costa Rica. It’s nothing too serious, at least in that production wasn’t interrupted. Yet, he also needed medical attention and ended up getting a number of stitches on his head. This isn’t exactly the sort of super-romantic situation that ABC probably wanted while filming their show, but in the end, hasn’t it all worked out okay? It at least feels that way, given that we don’t foresee a number of his women walking away just because he hurt himself at some point during production.

“Peter suffered a freak accident. He got a cut on his head, he did get stitches but he’s 100 percent OK and production is already back underway … He’s still the dashing, handsome pilot we’ve all dreamed of.”
Given the fact that Peter and the rest of the cast are in social media, that should give you a good sense that the series is already several weeks into production at this point. Filming is likely to keep going from now until we get around to right before Thanksgiving, where the final rose ceremony will take place and hopefully an engagement will transpire. Peter’s choice was somewhat polarizing when it first happened (we know a number of people were rooting for Mike Johnson), but when the dust settles, we do think that the season is going to deliver some solid numbers.
