Following tonight’s big finale, is there a chance at a Suits season 10 over on USA? Within this article, we do want to plan out the future … at least as much as we can.
Let’s start things off, though, with this: There is no indication that there will ever be a season 10. This was promoted as the final season for a reason! While we’d love to see more of these characters and this world, all good things must come to an end.
We would have been uncertain already about a Suits season 10, but the events of tonight’s series finale make us even more so. Think about the way that the show ended, with Harvey and Donna deciding to leave New York in order to reunite with Mike and Rachel in Seattle. From there, they can all work together, but with a different mission: To try and help people. It’s a very different dynamic for the show, but it also doesn’t feel like a spin-off or a continuation would be feasible. If Rachel is so involved, how could you do it without Meghan Markle? She’d be kinda important.

Could you make a case for maybe doing something else in New York with Louis, Samantha, Katrina, and Alex? There is something interesting with the idea, but there aren’t any plans for that either. There is technically a spin-off show for Suits already on the air in Pearson, and that could be a way to organically continue the story of this show and maybe even feature some of these characters here and there. It’s hard to necessarily figure out how to make these crossovers happen, but it is certainly still possible. (Alas, we still don’t know if there will be a season 2 of Pearson … but we’re keeping our eyes peeled for more on that.)
