Blue Bloods season 10: Donnie Wahlberg reveals new guest star!
In a new post on Instagram, Wahlberg reveals that athlete-turned-actor Taylor Selé will be appearing on an upcoming episode of the show. Donnie had some incredibly nice things to say about him after the fact, including that he was thrilled to work with him because of his confidence that someday, he was going to become a very-big deal within the acting world! Taylor has appeared already in a number of different big-ticket series, including Orange Is the New Black, Luke Cage, Homeland, NCIS: New Orleans, and a whole lot more. This is just another stepping stone into what could be a long career for him!
As for the precise details of Taylor’s role here, we don’t think that Donnie’s photo gives all that much away — given that he’s not wearing a uniform, it may be fair to say that he’s not a cop … though he may have also just changed out of costume at the time that this was taken. One of the things that is always possible with this show is that Taylor, depending on who he is playing, could have an opportunity to come back. Few shows have the impressive recurring/guest cast that this one does, and it helps to make its version of New York feel all the more believable.
