Want to get a sense of what’s ahead on Fear the Walking Dead season 5 episode 13? There is a new episode coming to AMC on Sunday night, and it’s one that will feature the continuation of Strand and Alicia’s story.

It looks like things are picking up almost immediately where we last left off with Alicia’s story,with her diving into more of her artistic side after being inspired by Wes to do so. She’s recognizing that she cannot let herself be fully controlled by past events or rely too heavy on someone else’s inspiration. She needs to be her own driving force, and she’s ready to put herself in that position and to accept it.

In the video below from Sunday night’s upcoming episode, you do get a good sense of some of what that looks like. After all, you’re getting a chance within here to see Alicia still trying to help Wes because she wants to, while at the same time June and John find themselves dealing with a significant crisis of their own — Logan possibly finding the oilfield. That’s something that we saw in the closing minutes of this past episode. Sunday’s installment could do a good job informing us more of whatever it is that Logan wants from these oilfields, and how that could set him up to be either a friend or foe down the road. There are a lot of questions still to be answered and we’re looking forward to seeing the show try to do its best to take them on.

If we could pass along one piece of advice to the Alicia/Strand combination, it is this: Be careful. We know already of just how vulnerable some of this world can be and that Logan has tried to use Wes as a tool already.
