Bachelor in Paradise 2019: John Paul Jones apologizes for wedding drama
Now, days after the original controversy happened, John Paul Jones has taken to Instagram in order to say sorry. Both Chris and Krystal have come out to say that they were not pleased that his drama overshadowed their big day, and JPJ chooses to directly apologize to the two of them in the spot. Yet, this isn’t the end of the drama; Derek chose to respond, using some of John’s own words against him:
Don’t insult our intelligence…you could reach out on your own instead of on Instagram. This is just an attempt to save face.
Our response to that is twofold. First, it’s possible that John did reach out to Chris and Krystal privately. Also, he kinda has to say something publicly since A) it may not be addressed at the reunion and B) there is a public interest in this story. It is noteworthy, though, that JPJ doesn’t choose to apologize to Derek for anything that he said.
