The 100 season 7 spoilers: Adult Hope to be series regular
According to a report from TVLine, you are going to be seeing Shelby Flannery around full-time as a regular for the upcoming season. What does that mean? Probably a lot of time spent investigating how exactly she suddenly emerged from the Anomaly as a young adult. The Anomaly in general is one of the biggest carryover plots from season 6 and into the final thirteen episodes, that should be addressed alongside many other matters. There are a lot of loose ends, both in terms of major plot events and also relationships, that need tying up before the story comes to a close.
In speaking more about Flannery’s promotion, here is what showrunner Jason Rothenberg had to say to the aforementioned website:
“She’s awesome … I’m fairly certain we were her first professional job. She’s just out of drama school, so she’s really new, and I’m excited to see what she can do. That scene was just the tip of the iceberg. She’s going to be a big part of the story moving forward. I have a good feeling about her as an actress and a person. We’ve got her in serious fight training right now.”

In other words, Hope is going to be mixing it up a lot in terms of some of the biggest action sequences coming up.
The hardest thing about The 100 season 7 may be having to wait for a long time in order to see it. There are no new episodes airing until mid-season at the earliest, and we wouldn’t be shocked if the show didn’t come back until near the end of the 2019-2020 TV season (Think April as an example.) Let’s just hope that along the way, we get a few more teases all about some of what we can expect.
