What’s coming up in regards to Ink Master season 12 episode 12? There is a new episode coming onto Paramount Network next week, and it goes without saying that everyone is on edge more than ever. Only one artist can win at the end of the season, and only three can even get there. There are seven artists remaining and, in what seems like a rarity this season, the men outnumber the women.
Is there anything that the women can do in order to strike back and re-take some of the numbers? Based on the preview that aired tonight, one of the main operations being undertaken in the house could be a little something known as Operation Rattle Cam. The goal here is simple — see if you can get under his skin as much as humanly possible and, following that, see what happens on the other side of it. He suffered a close call tonight, so who knows what could happen moving into the next new episode?
For the time being, we’d still argue that Cam has been portrayed as a possible candidate to win the season, to go along with Creepy Jason, Dani Ryan, and Laura Marie. These four have done some consistently cool art and they’re the top tier in the competition — with Laura possibly the favorite, though we do wonder if the judges are thinking she’s doing too much of the same thing with all of the alien designs (that was suggested tonight).
So beyond these four, we’d say that Pon, Jake Ross, and Holli Marie are on the next tier. All three of them are extremely solid tattooers (they wouldn’t be where they are otherwise), but they maybe haven’t had as many standout moments or gotten as much screen time. We’ll see if the results end up mirroring this the next few weeks, but if we were Pon, Jake, or Holli, now would be the chance to step things up. Otherwise, you could be in danger sooner rather than later.
