If you have been a longtime viewer of “Bones” over the years, then you are probably familiar with one thing already: the rather excruciating wait that happens during the month of October while you sit around and wait for some new episodes to air.
Luckily, we do have one sort of reprieve coming your way already: the official descriptions for a trio of episodes coming your way very soon! We will kick things off with “Method to the Madness,” which is the first installment that will be airing on November 5. If you are a major fan of Sweets, then you really have quite a bit to be excited about here:
“The Jeffersonian team investigates the death of a woman whose body was found mutilated and discarded in a city garbage can. Meanwhile, Booth (David Boreanaz) invites Sweets (John Francis Daley) to stay with him and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) while he searches for a new apartment.”
In continuing the trend of new episodes airing during the November sweeps, we will be following this up with the much-anticipated “battle of the squinterns” in “The Patriot in Purgatory” airing on the 12th:
“While investigating the remains of bodies that have been deemed unidentifiable, five “squinterns” uncover the identity of a man who died as a result of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, propelling the Jeffersonian team to determine if he was a perpetrator or a victim.”
Finally, we will close things off with the November 19 episode entitled “The Bod in the Pod,” which use for the sake of the word “bod” alone may be one of our favorite titles to date from this show:
“When a crime scene cleanup expert’s remains are found mysteriously sealed in an impenetrable pod that washed up on the beach, the team tackles one of their most challenging investigations. Meanwhile, Angela (Michaela Conlin) and Hodgins (TJ Thyne) learn of a secret romance in which Cam (Tamara Taylor) is involved.”
