We knew from last week’s new episode that Mike, a favorite from Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette, was going to be a part of this season. He’ll be arriving in Paradise and, soon after that, prove to be a favorite of many of the women, as well. He gets immediate attention (just watch the sneak peek below!) and we imagine through the episodes to come, he’ll get a chance to date and see if the right person is there for him. This is important for Mike within his journey to find love, but for him, there may be something more at the center of this as well. Think along the lines of Bachelor implications. It’s a two-person race between Mike and Peter Weber, and some of the producers may be looking to see how Mike is perceived before making a decision once and for all.
For some more news on what to expect from the episode as whole, take a look at the synopsis below:
It’s the first rose ceremony of the season and the drama is already ratcheted up! Two very different men – Blake and Dylan – have their hearts set on handing their rose to Hannah G., but who will offer it to her and will she accept? The disappointed suitor must in turn decide between two women he has left hanging. The chess game continues when Chris drops a bomb in Paradise, choosing a shocked beauty over the blindsided woman with whom he has been keeping company.
This synopsis focuses almost entirely on the first rose ceremony, and we get that sense there’s so much drama around it! Just remember that Mike’s arrival will come after some of the drama starts to cool off with the roses.
