Fear the Walking Dead season 5 video: Who is Jody? See her story

For the second straight week, Fear the Walking Dead season 5 is off the air, but the good news is this — the hiatus is almost over! In one week’s time you’re going to be seeing the group back on AMC to continue their story, which is going to be all about the search for an oilfield and resources. It’s going to be about trying to make sure Morgan, Alicia, and others are going to do everything that they can to continue their mission to help people.

Yet, before Fear the Walking Dead season 5 premieres, we have one more video for you to watch below! Althea’s tapes have been a big part of the offseason already, as AMC keeps releasing them to give you an inside look at some of the people she’s met during her journey. While none of these people may end up being major characters within the world of the show, these videos are still really fun. It’s a chance to get a larger sense of the world!

To use a fun analogy, a lot of these videos also feel like a minor-league training camp for a lot of different characters. We almost wonder if the show’s producers are going to look at some of these and, on the other side of this, decide to feature a few more of them in some way. If not, then it’s still an excellent window into the world of Althea, including getting to know a few more people who she has met along the way. It shows the full extent of her work with some of the tapes and the wide array of people that she’s communicated with.

Our hope in the end here is quite clear: That this is something that AMC continues, really regardless of whether or not we end up meeting some of these people beyond these little clips.
