SEAL Team season 3 filming in Serbia with David Boreanaz
In a new post on Instagram, David Boreanaz confirmed that he is now in Serbia, where he and some other actors are going to film scenes for the upcoming season. This is an exciting move to get some great on-location shots and stuff that can’t quite be replicated back in Los Angeles. As some of you out there likely know, SEAL Team does not often travel to some of the countries featured on Bravo Team’s missions — if they did, they would probably run out of money after just a couple of months. That’s without even noting the time commitment that comes with flying various people around and getting them situated.

Our feeling is that the mission for the cast in Serbia is to capture some more urban environments, given that countryside is the sort of thing that can be mirrored in a wide array of other means … ones that don’t involve cross-continental travel. Going to Serbia in particular from Los Angeles is very ambitious; it’s a long flight (for commercial flights, we’re talking 12+ hours including a layover) and that’s without even thinking about jetlag. Boreanaz has posted a number of images on his Instagram Stories of him roaming around at night, and we wonder if a part of that is the massive time difference. It’s nine hours ahead in Serbia of where it is in California!
Let’s hope for some awesome stuff coming up on SEAL Team season 3 from the country. As a reminder, the show is going to premiere on CBS in early October, in its former timeslot of Wednesday nights at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time.
