Euphoria episode 7 preview: The last before season finale
What we’re trying to say here is, ultimately, rather simple: Enjoy every bit of the final episodes while we’ve got them.
Unfortunately, HBO wasn’t too keen on releasing many details about Euphoria episode 7 in advance — there is no synopsis out there as of yet! The only thing that is known is the title — “The Trials and Tribulations of Trying to Pee While Depressed.” That title is both very explicit and also very long — it’s gotta be one of the longest episode titles that we’ve seen. We think it’s mostly just a way to bring a little more attention to the story and somehow, someway, it’ll be important to either the plot or the emotional state of one of these characters.
To date, we’ve seen Rue and her friends deal with mental health, drug addiction, technology, abuse, and so many other problems. A lot of this show is about stuff that you hope your own kids don’t get involved with. As we get near the end of the season, you want to hope for some happiness and peace … even if you know it will be temporary. The series isn’t going to order a second season for it to feature characters spending the bulk of their time frolicking through tulips and not doing a whole lot else along the way.
Prepare for these final episodes to be rought and potentially devastating. There may be a rather-spoilery reason why HBO is waiting as long as they are to give more insight as to whatever lies ahead.
