Good Trouble season 2 episode 6 preview: Are Raj, Mariana over?
Parties on drama series are the sort of event that start with the best of intentions, but almost always find a way to spiral downhill soon after that. With this one, you’re going to have a chance to see Malika do everything that she can in order to ensure that she celebrates her 25th birthday in style. There’s going to be a lot of fun stuff! Unfortunately, there are also going to be reveals that come out of nowhere. Take, for example, why Mariana wanted to move into the Coterie in the first place. That is going to cause a little bit of friction when it comes to her and Raj, who feels like he’s not special. He feels like he didn’t have anything that she wanted. He wasn’t a CEO like Evan (he’s insecure about him), and he’s also not some sort of artsy type like Gael.
Is Good Trouble season 2 episode 6 going to be the installment where these two characters end up going their separate ways? That’s something that you have to consider. It’s also something that wouldn’t be a surprise — that’s not saying anything about who Mariana and Raj are as people. It’s more just about their age. They’re both young and still working to find themselves in the real world. They’re not going to be able to do this right away. Even if they do split up, there is no guarantee that they will stay that way.

While there is certainly going to be some drama within this Good Trouble episode, at least we know this — signs point to some lighter moments sprinkled in. This is, after all, going to be about a birthday party!
