Big Brother 21 episode 5 review: The Camp Comeback twist begins
Well, at the start of the game Julie Chen Moonves revealed that the twist is going to be something that we haven’t seen before on the show — something that will allow the evicted houseguest to still be a part of the game. That means that Ovi is gone (if he ends up being evicted) … but he’s not forgotten. He is still going to be a part of the show somewhat. This sounds both completely bonkers but also fun, especially with the way that the house has gone crazy over the past several days. Imagine the idea of blindsiding someone. How mad will they be on the other side?
No matter how this twist manifests itself, it’s gonna be crazy — especially if we get to see the person somehow on the live feeds.

We knew that there wasn’t a whole lot of drama coming into the vote — Ovi was “evicted” from the game. He likely knew that it was coming based on the tenor of the house; plus, it was just hard to imagine some sort of swing in the game this late. Ovi was evicted unanimously, but this just sets up what is coming next: Came Comeback, as it is being called. Ovi gets to stay and beyond that, David ALSO gets to stay! This is going to be one of the most incredible twists that we’ve seen in the game in a long time and it’s going to be really fun to watch play out these next several weeks. It looks as though one of the first four players will eventually have a chance to re-enter the game and fight for the grand prize in some form.
The best thing about the twist? It’s actually kind of fair if you’re going to do a returning houseguest twist. They’re still a part of the house and there’s no outside influence. Also, we get to see them on the feeds!
