Ray Donovan season 7 spoilers: 13 Reasons Why, Better Call Saul alum join

Ray Donovan

When Ray Donovan season 7 premieres on Showtime, you’ll have a chance to see some new faces — makes sense, no? With Sam Winslow no longer in the picture, the drama’s gotta add some more names to its arsenal and deliver something great that we haven’t had a chance to see already. This is where some of the latest castings come from.

According to a new report from TVLine, here are some of the new characters/actors who are entering the lives of Ray and some of these other familiar faces. Note that season 7 is currently in production; there’s no word on when the premiere date will be, but we’re sure the network realizes the interest that is out there in actually being able to dive head-first into all sorts of Donovan family drama.

We also have a playlist with videos you may have missed all about the show.

Josh Hamilton as Kevin Sullivan – This man is a billionaire, someone whose “shady operations will have implications for Ray’s business.” He feels to us like the sort of guy who doesn’t have to do anything else with his life — he could just go and sleep on his piles of money and call it a day. Yet, he’s clearly not doing that given that he is going to be a major part of the story that is coming up.

You may know Hamilton from his roles on Gracepoint and Madam Secretary, but his most notable work has been a part of 13 Reasons Why as Matt Jensen.

Kerry Condon as Molly Sullivan – She is Kevin’s sister, someone serving as “manager of the Sullivan family’s high-profile businesses.” Even if Kevin is the face of the operation, it feels like Molly is the person trying to handle things behind the scenes. It’s a little bit of the unsung hero role.

Condon has appeared in Rome, but we feel like most people recognize her for playing Stacey Ehrmantraut, the daughter-in-law to Mike Ehrmantraut on Better Call Saul.

Louisa Krause as Liberty – We have no last name here, but we do know the character to be “an alluring healer and provider of alternative medicine who offers Terry (Eddie Marsan) a new experience to broaden his mind.” No matter what this means, it’s going to be fascinating. It’s a chance to see a totally different side of Terry!

This isn’t Krause’s first foray into the world of premium-cable television, or even her first foray into Showtime programming — she’s previously done an arc as Lou on Billions and also appeared over on Starz’s The Girlfriend Experience.
