Riverdale season 3 episode 14 preview: Who’s The Farm after?

Coming up on Riverdale season 3 episode 14, the dangers of The Farm are going to be all the more apparent. There are going to be perhaps more characters in danger than we’ve seen in quite some time, and this is going to get more chaotic than we’ve seen so far. This is what happens when you have someone like Jughead in the position that he’s in with the Serpents. Who would’ve imagined this for him at the start of the series? It’s such an enormous change for him … and not just for him in the series. Also just think about who this character is in the comics.

This isn’t the interesting emotional story that you’re going to have in this story, though — you’re going to see Archie try to pay some of his own struggles forward and beyond that, you will have a chance in order properly see Veronica make some moves that have been long in the works … and also ones that she certainly needs to make in order to better secure her place within this world.

THE LOST BOY — Betty (Lili Reinhart) takes matters into her own hands when she learns that The Farm has set their sights on someone in her inner circle. Meanwhile, when Hiram (Mark Consuelos) and Gladys’ (guest star Gina Gershon) control over Veronica (Camila Mendes) becomes too much to handle, she sets a plan in motion to turn the tables on them. Elsewhere, Archie (KJ Apa) grows concerned about a young runaway he meets at the gym, while Jughead (Cole Sprouse) struggles to maintain control over the Serpents. Madelaine Petsch, Madchen Amick, Luke Perry, Ashleigh Murray, Skeet Ulrich, Casey Cott, Charles Melton and Vanessa Morgan also star. Marisol Adler directed the episode written by Aaron Allen (#314).

As far as the attached promo, one of the most shocking moments happens at the very start of it when you realize that Jughead means business! From there, things take a turn for the creepy as you see some chilling message about the Farm and how they seem to know just about everyone’s dirty secret. The Farm has the potential to be at the center of this series for a while, especially when you think about who they are going after and some of what the ramifications of that action could be.

Just prepare yourself moving forward now for what could be an electric, surprising episode of this show … one that is probably still setting the foundation.
