The Gifted season 2 episode 15 preview: The aftermath of key deaths

Do you want to know some of what is coming on The Gifted season 2 episode 15? This is the penultimate episode of the season! There’s certainly not going to be a lot of time in order for some of these characters to get over and make it through some of what they’ve been through.

Tonight, the show seemed to get rid of two important characters in the story in Blink and Sage. Are the two of them gone for good? We’re not altogether sure of that, but regardless of if one of them does return, the rest of the characters likely are going to act as though they’re gone. A big chunk of what’s coming up is likely going to be about watching some of these characters pick up the pieces and assess the aftermath — they need to figure out where they are, but they may not have a whole lot of time in order to do that. After all, Reeva is planning for some big stuff, and it could end up changing the world of the show forever.

Lauren can’t access her powers when it matters most, leaving Caitlin to take matters into her own hands when they are being pursued. Reeva finally reveals her plan for the Inner Circle and it’s darker than anyone could have imagined. Meanwhile, Jace confronts some regrets about his actions and is torn between pressures from the Purifiers and his own beliefs in the all-new “Monsters” episode of THE GIFTED airing Tuesday, Feb. 19 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. This episode should set the stage for a huge finale, and we just have to hope at the moment that this is the season finale rather than the series finale. There is a real concern that we are near the end of the road for the show, mostly because of the fact that the ratings aren’t exactly great and the Disney – Fox merger has led to all sorts of questions behind the scenes. Just enjoy the show for however long it is on, because there may not be all that much to check out down the line. (We’re going to have more updates on the future of The Gifted down the line.)
