Legacies episode 11 return date: Prepare for a talent show
Let’s start off this article with this simple reminder that, alas, there is no new installment airing on the network next week. The network is giving the Danielle Rose Russell series a little bit of a breather … but it’s not going to be a long one. Legacies episode 11 will air on the network come February 21 with an installment that could prove to be super-fun. How can it not be when there’s a talent show at the center of it?
We’re amazed, first and foremost, that there is a talent show even going on at a school that is constantly inhabited with monsters. We don’t know how any of them have any fun at all, really — but, they’re teenagers, and at this point dealing with horrible things more or less is their new normal. It’s something that they’ve probably grown accustomed to, and they have to find a way to uncover a little bit of fun here and there … wherever, of course, you find it.

THE SALVATORE SCHOOL’S ANNUAL TALENT SHOW – When Alaric (Matthew Davis) decides to postpone the school’s annual talent show, Lizzie (Jenny Boyd) and Josie (Kaylee Bryant) are determined to make sure the show goes on. Meanwhile, tensions arise when the students face a creature that lowers their inhibitions. Lastly, Alaric decides to play hooky with Emma (guest star Karan David). Danielle Rose Russell, Aria Shahghasemi, Quincy Fouse and Peyton Alex Smith also star. Barbara Brown directed the episode written by Thomas Brandon & Penny Cox (#109). Original airdate 2/21/2019.
Ultimately, it feels like this is going to be a great episode mostly because you’ll have, at the very center of it, Josie and Lizzie trying to pretend that the wheels aren’t coming off with the talent show when we are creeping ever closer to disaster. Of course, the inhibition part of the story will only make things crazier.
One other interesting thing to note is that for the next couple of episodes, Legacies is going to be airing without Supernatural before it. That means, that we could be seeing one of its biggest ratings tests that we’ve seen for it so far.
