Chicago Fire season 7 episode 14 is an episode that has been anticipated for quite some time now. After all, this is a chance to potentially see more of Brett’s roots! She’s talked so much about growing up in Indiana that it made sense to be able to explore a little bit of that at some point. Unfortunately, it’s possible that an emergency is going to derail much of the plan to actually explore her hometown before the characters even get there.
Want a little more information as to what to expect now? Then we suggest that you check out the official Chicago Fire season 7 episode 14 synopsis that CarterMatt has for you below:
02/13/2019 (09:00 PM – 10:00 PM) (Wednesday): Brett, Foster, and Kidd take a road trip to Indiana for a getaway and encounter a bus accident involving a boy’s hockey team that will leave them scrambling and relying on their instincts to save those hurt in the accident. The rest of Firehouse 51 competes in the annual Chili Cook-Off.
This seems like one of those episodes that is going to have almost MacGyver-like approach, where Brett, Foster, and Stella have to figure out a way to help some of these young men without all that much in the way of tools at their disposal. We hardly think that the three ladies are driving to Indiana in an ambulance! Depending on where the bus crash took place, it’s possible that it may be a good half an hour or so before some other first responders arrive with proper equipment. They will have to help the people who are in critical danger, and also keep everyone else calm until more help arrives.
As for what you’re going to be seeing in the Chili Cook-Off, we’re just hoping that we get some ideas for good chili to make around the house (we love a good chili in the Carter household)! There’s nothing better, and that’s probably especially true for a firehouse. We feel like there are two key benefits for it with Casey and company — it’s the sort of thing that you can make up and eat when you have time, and it’s also probably the perfect sort of hearty thing to dive into after a long day of fighting fires in some less-than-ideal conditions. Sidebar: We really feel for everyone in Chicago this week, where temperatures are set to plunge rapidly thanks to the polar vortex that is taking place there. Hopefully, the cast will be working primarily on some indoor scenes for at least a little while. Stay warm Chicago!
