So now that the Corsican got what he wanted from Dr. Hans Koehler, what is he going to do next? Think in terms of causing some serious chaos and potentially creating one of the most dangerous situations that we’ve ever seen on this show. This episode is airing tomorrow night at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time, which is going to be the standard timeslot for the show for the remainder of the season.
Below, CarterMatt offers up the official The Blacklist season 6 episode 2 synopsis with more news as to what’s coming next:
01/04/2019 (09:00PM – 10:00PM) (Friday) : SEASON PREMIERE, PART 2. As Liz (Megan Boone) and the Task Force race to stop an imminent bombing by an elusive Blacklister, Red (James Spader) has an encounter that will change the trajectory of his life forever. Fiona Dourif and Christopher Lambert guest star. TV-14 L, V
This episode is going to be intense on another level, and not just because of the Blacklister. Remember here that Liz and Jennifer are doing what they can in order to uncover the truth about Reddington and they may stop at nothing in order to make that happen. Yet, as Liz said tonight, she recognizes that it’s a matter of when, not if, the truth starts to really come out. This is going to be a fascinating story moving forward.
We don’t want to be someone who spoils too much about what lies ahead here, but let’s go ahead and say this: We don’t think that the synopsis is understating anything when they claim that Reddington’s life is about to be changed. This is a game-changing episode and one that you absolutely should watch live. After all, do you really want this story to be spoiled in any way at all? We don’t think that you do.
