NCIS: New Orleans season 5 in 2019: What are our expectations?

Entering this next part of the season, what we know is this: There is potential for so much in terms of meaty, fascinating character plots. This season has been good for that, and that’s what we are focusing on as we list off some suggestions.
Dwayne Pride – Obviously, the #1 priority here is that he learns the truth about the mystery voice and the events that led to the death of his father. Beyond that, though, we do want to see more of the buildup of his relationship with Jimmy — he’s going to likely need him more than ever following the death of Cassius.
Sebastian Lund – We love it anytime that Sebastian gets adventures that turn him almost into a bona-fide action hero. He’s such an underdog and an unlikely special agent, and with that it’s kind of fun to see him become the show’s version of Chuck Bartowski on occasion.
Tammy Gregorio – We’d like to see more of her personal life explored, mostly because it’s been a good while — heck, it feels like it’s been a while since we’ve had a meaty Gregorio story in general.
Christopher LaSalle – We’re surprised that Percy’s exit hasn’t been mentioned more on the show with this character, even though he obviously has a right to move forward. We want to see more of him in terms of how he’s handling the events of this past year, in between his business crisis and her exit from the team.
Loretta Wade – How much trauma does she have from the fall finale? She was as composed as she could be given what she and Cassius went through, but this experience likely will stick with her on some level.
Hannah Khoury – We know that she’s got family in the area and that’s one of the reasons why she wants to be there — yet, she hasn’t been able to open herself up yet. Hopefully, the next batch of episodes shows her considering this possibility more.
Patton Plame – Can we see a story about his personal history, or maybe one where we find out about some of his hobbies outside of his work? For one reason or another, we’re very eager to learn more about his day-to-day life.
