Where is The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 9? That is a good question to ponder, and it is the focus in today’s entry in our MIA Shows article series.
For the first time since the series’ inception on Bravo, it does not appear as though we’re getting a new season starting in the fall / winter. The past three seasons all premiered in December, whereas the three before that all aired in November. It’s strange to not see the show in the air, but rest assured, it does seem as though you will have a new season not too far into the distant future. The cast has been filming for a good while now and, based on the headlines that are out there, one of the most-notable additions is Denise Richards. She may be one of the most high-profile new cast members that the franchise has ever had, and we know that there will be curiosity over her life — and also precisely the lives of those close to her.
Ultimately, we imagine that a premiere date for season 9 is going to be announced at some point over the weeks ahead. If you are curious as to how at least one member of the cast is getting along with some of the other women, check out what Teddi Mellencamp said recently via Us Weekly:
“I’ve had so much fun with some of the girls. We’ve had a lot of fun. And the relationships are getting stronger because I’m getting to know them for longer, you know, and so the longer you know somebody, the more strong friendships are formed … I talk to Kyle [Richards] every day. She is so much fun and honestly makes me laugh every single day. I feel very lucky for that friendship.”
Over the course of the coming episodes, we have a feeling that you’re going to be seeing a lot of conflict, drama, tears, and feuds. For some of these cast members, they’ve been together for a really long time and they know precisely which buttons to push. However, for others, they’ve still relatively new to the franchise and they are still trying to figure out how to make it work for them.
Our feeling is that at some point over the next few months, the premiere date will officially arrive — given that this is one of the network’s most-popular series, we have a hard time thinking that they are going to want to make you wait for it too much longer.
