Bull season 3 episode 11 spoilers: Jill Flint returns as Diana Lindsay

Flint will be back on the upcoming January 14 episode (the first of the new year) for “Separate Together,” one that is actually going to require Diana and Dr. Bull to work together on a case rather than square off. Basically, some people close to Diana are in danger and she could end up using Bull’s help to ensure that they are okay and don’t get a guilty verdict. On paper, this seems fairly cut-and-dry, but in true Bull fashion, things are going to become so much more complicated than they first appear on the surface.

“Separate Together” – Bull and his on-again, off-again romantic rival, Diana Lindsay (Jill Flint), join forces to create two separate but collaborative defense teams when Diana’s niece and her husband are charged with armed robbery. As the trial gets underway, Bull’s reunion with Diana is strained by his new post-heart attack regimen, on BULL, Monday, Jan. 14 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
While for Bull’s sake getting reminders of his heart attack may not be the best thing in the world, we do appreciate it as a viewer. After all, this marks a chance to get some insight on a very important time in the character’s life. He’s gone through something incredibly devastating and he has to figure out what that means for his life. One change that may be present here is that he can’t just sleep in his office and work every single second out of the day. He needs to actually take care of himself. It’s possible that there are some limitations that are an issue for this case, or maybe it’s just a jarring change in general that Diana has to deal with. After all, the last time that the character was around, Bull was back fully immersed in some of his old ways. He was not the same exact person that we know him to be down.
Regardless of what happens here in this episode, we do know that it’s going to be rather exciting to have Flint back in the fold.
