Chicago Fire season 7 episode 9 return date: Did Casey kiss Naomi?

The bad news is that following tonight’s new episode, you are going to be waiting up until December 5 in order to learn just what lies ahead. This episode is basically stuck on an island. There are no new episodes leading up to it at the end of the month; beyond that, there won’t be any new episodes for the rest of the year on the other side of it. Hopefully, One Chicago will come back at some point in January with some new episodes, but there are no guarantees of that. You really just have to hope that this episode is going to give you a chance to enjoy both some good firehouse hijinks but then also a lot of really emotional storytelling at the same time. We don’t think that Kelly Severide is anywhere close to out of the woods just yet when it comes to losing his father, and there are going to be some ramifications and reverberations that come along with that in terms of his relationship with Kidd. Will that lead to some sort of split between the two? Given that we’ve already been there before, we hope not. Why do we need to dive back into that territory again when we really don’t need to?

12/05/2018 (09:00PM – 10:00PM) (Wednesday) : Stakes are high when a massive car pile-up on the freeway impacts someone dear to the firehouse family. Brett and Foster encounter a harrowing call while Kidd and Severide find their relationship being tested. TV-14
Overall, this episode is going to test multiple firehouse characters on some different levels. The pile-up will put the firefighters through hell; meanwhile, Brett and Foster could be facing one of the biggest problems that they’ve had as a partnership so far. It’s been relatively easy for the two to get to know each other, and some of that may just be that they’ve each been on their best behavior knowing that the other person is around. They longer that they are each around each other, though, the more that this could end up changing. That getting-to-know-you period could be coming to a quick end.
The promo for this episode escalates everything further — after all, Casey and Naomi kiss in it!
