NCIS season 16 episode 7 video: Torres’ goat yoga experience

NCIS

There are many things that we expected to see on NCIS season 16 — goat yoga is not one of them. This new-age form of yoga is going to be a key part of Tuesday night’s new episode “A Thousand Words,” at least when it comes to some of the interactions between the team members. If you haven’t heard of goat yoga it’s basically where you do yoga and a bunch of goats run around, eat your mat and occasionally jump on you.

In the video below, you get a pretty good sense as to precisely what we are talking about as Torres shows up to work really upset over what Jessica did to him — yet, Jessica is not an actual person. Instead, she’s a goat who apparently did all sorts of damage to Torres’ back. Bishop has a friend who runs goat yoga and Nick thought he would give it a go. After doing it once, we’re not sure he’s going to be a repeat customer. This is an unforGOATable experience (sorry, not sorry about the pun), but probably not in a good way.

The real charm of this preview comes mostly in all of the awkward innuendos as Torres does his part to try to not make the goat-yoga practice sound weird. (Ultimately, that’s a pretty hard thing to do.) Eventually Gibbs shows up and, of course, that’s when things get ratcheted up yet another notch. We’re pretty sure that goat yoga is going to be the last thing that we ever see Gibbs do on this show, though it would probably be one of the most-viral NCIS moments in years if it happened. Who knows? Maybe Gibbs is secretly the goat whisperer.

What else is happening within this episode?

Basically, the story of NCIS season 16 episode 7 is going to revolve around some sort of stolen art, which in turn is going to lead to a major spotlight on Ellie Bishop. As it turns out, this case will lead to a personal connection for her and we may get a chance here to explore some more of her life outside of the team! Granted, we’re not sure how much of it will actually include goat yoga, save for these little comedic moments.

In the end, all signs point towards this being one of the funnier episodes of the season and we absolutely are very excited to dive into some of it and see precisely how things are going to unfold here from start to finish.
