The Big Bang Theory season 12 episode 8 preview: Teller returns!

This episode is going to feature the return of Teller as Amy’s father, and based solely on the preview for what lies ahead below, he and Sheldon are going to be spending a lot of time together. They are at the comic-book shot together, and in it, Sheldon is engaging him on a lively discussion all about Lethal Weapon … seriously. It’s completely random but also kind of funny.
Alas, we don’t exactly know what the larger story is going to be for this episode, even though we’ve got a sinking suspicion that it will involve Teller somewhat. There is no official synopsis out there for this episode just yet, and hopefully, that will change over the next couple of days. The unfortunate thing about this, though, is that it leaves us with a little bit less to discuss in terms of story possibilities right now. What we just know at the moment is simply this: With us being the final season, we want there to be some stories that we haven’t seen before featuring characters deserving of more air time.
Of course, we also want there to be a number of different moments to laugh. This is, after all, still a comedy, and we really hope that the show keeps its humor and comes up with some more great ways to laugh before the end.
